Steam trap management program

We perform surveys using a handheld testing device that utilizes a piezoelectric acoustic sensor for quickly and accurately detecting traps in good, cold, and blow-through conditions.
We offer steam trap of unique design in terms of quality and capable of withstanding the highest temperatures and pressures. The steam traps supplied are of compact design with ease of installation and great condensate discharge efficiency.

Pipe spools and skid units

We deal with the fabrication of pipe spools and skid units. All raw materials (pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, etc.) such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and low-temperature alloy steels are procured according to ASME requirements.
We perform dimensional checks, visual control, and other non-destructive testing methods on welds and raw materials according to standards. All welding methods are carried out according to approved welding procedures, and certified welders are deployed for welding activities.

Pipe supports

We offer a complete pipe support overall site survey, including stress analysis of new or existing pipe systems.

Expansion Joints (Metallic and Non-Metallic)

The range of expansion bellow, we supply, is available in different sizes and grades to meet client requirements.
Metallic expansion joints are installed in the piping system, operating at high temperatures and pressures.
Rubber expansion joint installation to provide protection against mechanical forces and thermal movements for equipment such as pumps,condensers,pipeline transition from above ground to underground, etc.
Fabric expansion joint installation for flue gas ducts in boilers,heaters, incinerators, etc.

Flexible pipe system

We can supply a flexible pipe systems that are non-corroding and maintenance free pipeline systems. The pipeline system is resistant to all chemicals involved in oil and gas production including:

Strong inorganic acids like HCl, H₂So₄
Strong alkaline materials like NaOH, KOH
Co₂
H₂S
Low to high pressure water transportation
